The service

StartupSend lets companies build startup report templates, fill reports, and send them as PDFs. We provide it as it stands and keep improving it.

Your account

Your company's admin decides who has access and is responsible for the people they add. Keep sign-in links and passwords to yourself.

Your data

Your reports and files belong to your company. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can download them at any time.

Your reports

StartupSend records what your people enter. Your company is responsible for the readings, checks and sign-offs in its reports and for following the equipment manufacturer's startup instructions.

Paying

Plans are billed monthly or yearly at the price agreed for your company, by card through Stripe or by invoice. A free trial ends on the date shown on your Company page; with a card on file, the first charge is then. You can cancel at any time from Manage card and receipts; the service runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Fair use

Do not use StartupSend to break the law, to harm others, or to try to reach another company's data.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what your company paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

If we change these terms we will say so on this page and tell admins by email before the change takes effect.
